The blouse on the left reminds me of the eighteen hundreds. Is this really what's in style this year?
Definitely...we've been seeing the "ruffled" look as well as "bibs" for some time now. Who knows? Maybe big, flowy dresses with extra fabric and trains could be seen in Europe next fall? ;-)
